This website is operated by qhjad Store. References to “we”, “us” and “our” on the site refer to qhjad Store. We provide this website, including all its information, tools and services, to you (the user) on the condition that you accept all stated terms, conditions, policies and notices.

By agreeing, you confirm you are of legal age in your state/province, or of legal age with consent for minor dependents to use the site.

You may not use our products for illegal/unauthorized purposes or violate local laws (including copyright laws).

You must not transmit worms, viruses or destructive code.

Breaching any Term results in immediate service termination.

Your content (excluding credit card info) may be transmitted unencrypted, involving network transmissions and technical adaptations. Credit card info is always encrypted.

Headings in this agreement are for convenience only and do not limit these Terms.

SECTION 3 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible for inaccurate, incomplete or outdated site information. Material is for general info; relying on it is at your own risk.

The site may contain historical info (non-current, for reference only). We may modify site content anytime but are not obligated to update info. You are responsible for monitoring site changes.

Certain products/services are available exclusively online, may be limited in quantity and are subject to our Return Policy for returns/exchanges.

We have tried to display product colors/images accurately, but cannot guarantee monitor color accuracy.

We may limit sales by person, region or jurisdiction (case-by-case), and limit product/service quantities. Product descriptions/pricing may change anytime at our discretion. We may discontinue products anytime. Offers are void where prohibited.

We do not warrant product/service quality will meet expectations or that Service errors will be corrected.

We may refuse any order. At our discretion, we may limit/cancel quantities per person/household/order (including same account, card, or billing/shipping address). We may notify you of changes/cancellations via provided contact info. We may limit/prohibit orders suspected to be from dealers/resellers.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase/account info, and update it promptly (email, card details) for transaction completion and contact.

We may provide access to third-party tools we do not monitor, control or input.

You acknowledge such tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations or endorsement. We are not liable for issues from using them.

Use of optional tools is at your risk. Familiarize yourself with third-party terms before use. New future services/features on the site are also subject to these Terms.

Service content/products/services may include third-party materials.

Third-party links may direct to unaffiliated sites. We are not responsible for their content/accuracy, and do not warrant third-party materials, sites, products or services.

We are not liable for harm/damages from third-party transactions. Review third-party policies before transacting. Direct concerns about third-party products to them.

You agree comments will not violate third-party rights, contain unlawful/abusive/obscene material or malware. You may not use false info or impersonate others. You are solely responsible for comments and their accuracy. We assume no liability for comments.

SECTION 11 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
The site/Service may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions (product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping, etc.). We may correct them, update info or cancel orders anytime without notice (including post-order submission).

We are not obligated to update/clarify info (except as required by law). No update/refresh date indicates all info is modified/updated.

qhjad Store and its affiliates shall not be liable for direct/indirect/incidental/punitive damages from Service use or related claims. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law in applicable states/jurisdictions.

SECTION 14 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify qhjad Store and its affiliates from third-party claims/demands (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, law violations or third-party right infringements.

SECTION 15 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision is unlawful/void/unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the maximum legal extent, and the unenforceable portion is severed. Remaining provisions remain valid.

SECTION 16 – TERMINATION
Obligations/liabilities incurred pre-termination survive termination.

These Terms are effective until terminated by you or us. You may terminate by notifying us or ceasing site use.

We may terminate the agreement anytime without notice if you breach/fail to comply with Terms; you remain liable for amounts due, and we may deny Service access.

SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Failure to exercise/enforce rights/provisions does not waive them.

These Terms and posted policies/rules constitute the entire agreement, governing your Service use and superseding prior communications.

Ambiguities in interpretation shall not be construed against the drafter.

These Terms and related Service agreements are governed by U.S. laws.
